How should I do my hair for my Fairy Halloween Costume?

Im going to be a fairy, and my costume is pink and black (its not a dark fairy) and it has a pink and black tutu and a corset type thing with pink ribbons on it. I wanted to do my hair curly and messy. But I'm not sure if I should put parts of it up what do you think? Can you please help me find some examples or websites?

To make it you can use a curling iron or a spiral iron
